Mission Statement

The chief mission of the New Birth Baptist Church is soul winning, as mandated by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Lk.14:23, in which the servant was commanded by his lord to "go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled." This includes, teaching the observance of God's commandments, baptizing in the Name of the Father,Son,and Holy Ghost,preaching the gospel to the poor, healing the brokenhearted,preaching deliverance to those who are captives to sin. Luke 4:18, Matt.28:19-20. In accordance with Baptist doctrine, New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, as a corporate union, is impregnated , governed and controlled by God, the Holy Spirit. New Birth is more than an organization, we are a divine organism, which means this church is a theocracy,not a democracy.Her orders do not come from man, but from God and God alone. Therefore, the members of this church are not free to do as they will, but must operate according to the divine will of the True and Living God.

Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven. Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his: And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding: He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him. I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers, who hast given me wisdom and might, and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee: for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter.
